A 75 minute appointment includes a 60 minute holistic treatment tailored to you.  This may include a mix of techniques including; Swedish, Sports, Myofascial Release, Cranio Sacral Therapy or Aromatherapy massage focusing on Acupressure points & Meridian work and Reiki.  It can also be a session focusing on just one of the above modalities – whatever the choice, it will be specifically tailored to your individual needs on that day. 

Prices:

£75 for first appointment which includes a full 30 minute medical check & consultation and 60 minute treatment of your choice.

£70 for all 60 minute follow up treatments (75 minute appointment time)

£80 for 75 minute treatment (1h 30 min appointment time).

£100 for 90 minute treatment (1h 45 min appointment time).

£140 for 2 hour treatment (2h 15 min appointment time).

For a 60 minute treatment, all follow up appointments are for 75 minutes to allow for a ‘no rush’ policy and a full 60 minutes of treatment. 

After enjoying a treatment, there is nothing worse than being rushed out of the door 59 minutes after you first walked in and realising a ‘one hour treatment’ often means just 50 minutes of hands on treatment plus change time.

As all my treatments are tailored to my clients, no two treatments are ever the same.  I am not delivering a set routine that adheres to a strict time format. Thus, I have found, through experience, that 75 minutes allows for ample change time, vital pelvic/postural re-assessment to inform each treatment, any pre or post treatment discussions necessary and home care recommendations.

£70   60 minute Myofascial Release Therapy treatment (allow 75 mins).

£70   60 minute Full Body Sports, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy with essential oils.

£70   60 minute Full Body Holistic Aromatherapy Massage with acupressure & meridian work

£70   60 minutes M Technique treatment.

£70   60 minute Reiki Session (allow 75 mins for appointment for follow up afterwards).

£80    75 minute Sports, Myofascial Release Therapy or Holistic Aromatherapy massage with Hot Stone                Therapy (allow appointment time of 90 mins).

£100   90 minute MFR treatment (allow 1h. 45 mins for appointment time).

£100   90 minute Sports, Swedish or Holistic Aromatherapy massage, allowing extra time to treat                          problem areas (allow 1h 45 minute appointment time).

£140   2 hour intensive Myofascial Release treatment (allow 2h.15 mins).
